    PORTLAND – THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR THE NORTH OREGON COAST RANGE TONIGHT, FRIDAY MARCH 16 AND SATURDAY MORNING, MARCH 17.

    A LOW PRESSURE CENTER WILL BE MOVING NORTH THROUGH THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY TONIGHT. WEST OF THE LOW CENTER A BAND OF PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO FORM WITH LOW SNOW LEVELS. SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED IN THE WILLAPA HILLS AND NORTH OREGON COAST RANGE FROM THIS BAND.

    THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 P.M. THIS EVENING TO 9 A.M. PDT SATURDAY FOR THE COAST RANGE OF NORTHWEST OREGON AND THE WILLAPA HILLS OF SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON.
